TUSA SS-10 Safe Second Stage

TUSA has introduced a new safe second stage to their full line of dive gear. The new SS-10 is lightweight, composed mostly of tough plastic polymers. It is also smaller than most safe seconds but bright yellow in color for easy visibility. In addition, the hose is yellow so the safe second can be easily located in an emergency. The hose is an extra-long 33 inches for more mobility for easy buddy use. The second stage regulator combines a large discharge valve with deflection tube and deflector to reduce exhaust resistance.

Harvey’s Kobalt Pro-Flex Suits

Harvey’s Divesuits has unveiled exciting line of suits and accessories being produced from a conceptionally new material known as Kobalt Pro-Flex Neoprene.

This state-of-the-art line of suits blends Harvey’s exclusive double sided Titanium Foil System with the latest in composite skin neoprene research, producing the industries warmest and most comfortable suits ever. Kobalt Pro-Flex neoprene is designed to fit closer to your own skin, nearly stopping the flow of water throughout the suit. Kobalt Pro-Flex neoprene is much lighter with less inherent buoyancy than standard neoprene.

This new neoprene is also far more flexible than conventional neoprene, allowing the user much more dexterity and is far more forgiving should the user add a couple of pounds. The supple, smooth skin interior provides the diver with incredible ease of entry and exit. The ultra fast, five-minute drying time, makes for warm and comfortable repetitive dives. The Bio-Guard system incorporated in the Kobalt interior inhibits bacterial growth for a cleaner, more hygienic suit.

For more comfort and dexterity, Harvey’s offers blended thickness suits in 7/5mm and 5/3mm models only, making these suits extremely comfortable.

Suits will be made available in two-piece jacket and john and back-zip jumpsuit and shorty models.
