This photo was taken by Dallas Poore at Casino Point, Catalina Island. The picture is of his wife, Laura Poore, communing with the locals. Camera used was a Sealife DC-310 Pro with strobe.
Peter Mathews of Pebble Beach, CA Cypress Pt. took this photo of a lingcod in the waters off his hometown. Camera used was a Sony TRV33 digital video camera in still mode using a Sony Memory Stick. Housing the camera is a Light & Motion “Top Dawg” equipped with dual “Mini-Mod” halogen lights and LCD monitor.
Just how DID photographer Victor Chu (of Irvine, CA) get this thornback ray to pose like this?! The photo was taken at Shaw’s Cove, Laguna Beach with a Sony DSC-P1 camera in a Sony housing.
